Poultry unit

At KVK, undi, poultry unit comprises of different improved breeds of backyard poultry like Kadaknath, Giriraja, Vanashree country birds. All the breeds are being maintained as parent stock which can produce fertile eggs which are artificially incubated using 2 automatic egg incubators to produce chicks of 100 egg capacity each. KVK, Undi is promoting poultry unit as entrepreneurial activity.
